Job Description

Fresher - Handle Sales and Marketing Strategy for the company and ensure targets for enrolment of courses offered by company are met/exceeded on monthly basis.

Primary KRAs:

Meet Monthly Enrolment goals
Convert leads into enrolments
Brand company and courses through various sources/channels like Networking, Internet, ADs, Postings, Promotional activities, etc
Innovative Ideas to promote offerings and regular increase in number of enrolments for the courses

Above job may require frequent traveling

Candidate Profile

Requirement -
Prior experience in education courses/program sales & marketing is preferred
Excellent Communication skills, persevarance and persuasiveness skills
Never give up attitude
Always looking to Value add
Target Oriented- Able to handle sales target & pressure,
Good PR Skills,
Computer Savvy
