Fresher - Designation: Customer service / Technical support officer (Voice Process)

Location: Mumbai (applicable to people who are ready to relocate on their own)

Sal :- 10k-30k pm in Hand.

We also conduct In House interviews (Spot offers) with all the 15 different International BPOs and International Call Centres.

Candidate Profile

1) Any Grad fresher / UG with atleast 6months of experience.

2) Willing to work in flexible shifts (US/UK/Aus/European/North American) which includes night / graveyard shifts.

3) Prior experience into Tech / Semi Tech process as an associate (BPO exp)

4) Exposure to MS Office toolset and BPO / Call Centre related profile can be an added advantage
