Job Description
Fresher - * Process: Insurance Company – Customer Service / Collection (HR will decide the process based on the performance of interviewee)
* Shift Timings: Normally a day shift, but a rotational shift between 6 AM to 12 Midnight could be the shift timing (any 9Hrs in a day)
* Growth Path: Process Associate --- Process Developer --- Management Trainee (Team Leader ) --- Asst. Manager Process --- Manager Process
* Promotion Time frame: Minimum 18 months Cycle for A Class Performers
* Salary: 0 to 6 Month Exp = 5.5 K /month , 6 to 12 month Exp = 6.0 K , more than 12 month Exp = 6.5 K + Incentives (Rs. 0.0 to Rs. 2000/- per month)
* Days of Working and weekly Off : 6 days a week working and any one day in a week will be the weekly off.
* Transport: Pick and drop will be provided for all the employees (Free of Cost)
* Not Using Transport Facility: Rs. 1500/- month will be added to the salary as Bonus.
* Mode for Transport : If the shift is between 7 AM to 7 PM than the Bus Pick up (from the nearest point) will be provided, In case of Shift starting before 7 AM and ending after 7 PM , Cab Point to point pick up dorp will be provided.
* Office Location : Gurgaon / Noida (Candidate will be posted at Gurgaon / Noida Office)
