Job Description
Fresher - Position Description: To work with an established team, monitor the distribution of research reports to the client’s vendor websites using the client’s web-based applications. Execute manual and automatic jobs. Candidate must be able to learn the production procedures and integrate themselves into the team.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Preferably Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in direct client servicing (or) Minimum 6 months or 1 year work experience in a Technical call center
Technical Qualifications: Good understanding of the Internet. Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Preferably knowledge of software testing.
