Job Description

Fresher - Interacting with the customers inbound process over the phone, trouble-shooting the queries, CCA should have good interpersonal and communication skills, to be able to handle multiple priorities, to be able to work with targets, to be ambitious and confident, able to solve the customers problem, to be & take responsibility and have a good sense of humour.
