Job Description Fresher - The incumbent would be responsible for: 1. Recruitments for various functions/Skill sets. 2. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels – online, headhunting and referrals. 3. The incumbent will be conducting preliminary telephonic and personal interviews. 4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews. 5. Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages and reference checking. 6. Update and Implement all HR procedures as per existing policy. 7.
