Candidate Profile
Graduate Freshers, BE/BTECH Freshers less than 65% only if exceptionally good Communication and computer hardware knowledge. Undergrads & PG,s with min 1yr International call center or 2yrs of experience in Technical process is a must. Preferably from Hardcore Tech Process handling International calls. Excellent communication skills suitable for Voice Support and proficiency in Computer Hardware. |
