Job Description
Fresher - Candidate will be required to handle End-to-End IT Recruitment Operations.
Should be able to source relevant profiles from available job portal.
Candidate will be required to do initial sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates and providing staffing services to the client.
Will be expected to achieve recruitment based monthly targets.
Ability to understand the Client,s Technical requirements and quickly presenting the profiles in time.
Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals - Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Yahoo, Hot Jobs and Net-Temps.

Candidate Profile
Candidate needs to take open requirements from the Vendors / Clients an need to submit relevant profiles matching their requirement.
Must have high levels of trait and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team management skills.
Excellent experience in business development in US Staffing Industry.
Preference will be ONLY given to Male candidates local to MUMBAI, being the shift timings according to the US Time Zone (Evening 7:30pm Morning 4:30am).
Freshers keen on making career in IT Recruitment Field are welcome, as complete Operations training will be provided to them.
